What will it require to create a Regional priority list of needed improvments to the Built Environment in WNY? WNY has been highlighted as a preferred location for growth during the current economic climate. Through the efforts of the BNE the area is considered as attractive for expansion. How should the stakeholders align themselves to create one large voice, rather than several smaller ones?
